A wise person (Me!) once said that the week before finals is much more chaotic than anything finals week can throw at you! Let me tell you, I’m busy in so many ways right now so I’m going to have to keep this very short. It is really sad because I made a very organized to-do list, and each day has at least three tasks that are something like “Research, Outline, and Practice Clean Air Act speech for tomorrow/Prepare for Telecommunication final that is the next day.” It is more than a tad overwhelming! In the picture, I’m pretending to be driven crazy by finals!
But enough of that Debbie Downer business, it is spring time! The sun is shining and it is glorious! Just like Ms. Rhode Island in Miss Congeniality, I would have to say that this is my idea of the perfect date, “because it’s not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.”
I was sitting outside last night working on my Clean Air Act speech right next to the Bell Tower and I felt like I was sitting in one of those idyllic Concordia postcards. It was a beautiful moment; I was typing a persuasive speech about the importance of a clean environment while sitting on the grass outside at sunset. Go nature!
