Bell Tower Rumor: Fact or Fiction?
If you haven’t already heard or read about the rumor of our most beloved bell tower, I will make sure that you are fully aware of it as it is crucial to your well-being. Perhaps you have noticed that students, faculty, and even the campus squirrels avoid walking underneath the bell tower? There is a perfectly reasonable explanation for it; that reason being that they don’t want to remain single for the rest of their lives. I know you must be screaming in your head, “WHAT?! How can that possibly happen? How does that even work?!” This is where the rumor comes in. Supposedly, if you walk underneath the bell tower alone you willbe doomed to a life of singleness. Don’t ever count on getting married, because it just won’t happen! However if you walk under the tower with someone that you like, then you will marry and spend the rest of your life with that one person. I know this sounds skethchy but let me assure your uneasy minds that this is completely true…at least for me it is.
